Refund policy


Please note that PONGGOU will offer either an exchange or refund for any styles purchased through our online shopping site, items should be returned new,unworn,with all tags still attached and the receipt within 14 days from the date on which you received  the purchased product.Returns that are damaged,soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping should be returned unmarked and in their original undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box,in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted,and sent back to the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your service provider policy. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.

It is entirely up to you how you return your order however we would strongly advise you to have your parcel insured when sending, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on PONGGOU offical website. However,as computer monitors vary,we can not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.


All shoes are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. So if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

All shoes should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.


Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of PONGGOU and may only be exchanged.
